For many parents organic food is involved in decisions that can affect children, especially at an early age, www.viaorganica.org most consumers and parents do not know what kind of "right" food, they should enter in their children, the Stanford pseudo-scientific study, and the pediatrician Dr.

Dr. Sayantani Sindher, MD - Pediatric Nutritionist

Tina Sindher of Stanford talks to us about why organic foods are really important. What is organic food? Organic foods are foods produced and meet the standards of organic agriculture. Organic agriculture presents practices that cycle resources, promote ecological balance and conserve organic biodiversity. These products are made "without using conventional pesticides" or fertilizers made with synthetic or chemical ingredients that in the future can cause damage to the organism, allergies or even asthma.

So it is very important to know how pesticides are absorbed when the fetus is in the womb, through the mother and how these chemicals can affect children in the future. Some farmers are using good practices, which leads to the dilemma that it is important in children's nutrition. So, we know that organic products are better for health with statistics that show that by consuming these products we can have a low rate of development of diseases such as cancer, allergies, and asthma among others. The same importance in nutrition with the paleo diet for the health and development of children is benefited by this new habit that many parents are making sugar and carbohydrates, processed foods and scrap. The low-carbohydrate diet including meat, vegetables, low-sugar fruit, seeds, nuts, and natural fats is the priority of the Paleo diet. Many parents are adopting this type of healthy life for their children and even the pediatrician doctors are dealing with this type of feeding that provides the necessary nutrients for the good development of the children.
